Beech Group: We had another wonderful sunny day for our Forest School adventures :-) Many of the children enjoyed using little spades and bug pots to dig for and look at worms. We even had a chart counting how many worms we found!

Mrs Bolland helped with the den building and Iestyn and Dylan made wonderful hats using sticks and leaves, as well as attempting to make fire using wood! We also had some beautiful art work from Caitlin and Paige using woodland materials.

Woodland stars are Dylan and Iestyn for wonderful team work and artistic hats!

Oak group: A great afternoon and the sun shone once again! More worms were taken to the hospital and a caterpillar was evicted from the hotel in case he ate the worms!! Charlie L, Alex and William worked as a great team, carrying large branches together to make a den. Dan laid a carpet in the den he made last week. Lots of imaginary games being played, involving look outs, camps, bases and capturing and rescuing members of the team! Bug hunting was popular with centipedes, woodlouse, worms and maggots being spotted!
