This week at Forest Adventures many children worked together as a team to make a den using a large tarpaulin, ropes and sticks. The amount of discussion, cooperation and problem solving that they needed to complete the task was amazing. And the sense of achievement they all had on their faces, as they huddled together under the shelter was great to see!
Other children were busy learning to tie knots in order to make themselves fishing rods which they enjoyed using over a puddle in a hollow tree trunk.
The weather was kind to us and the afternoon just flew by!
