As it was such a beautiful morning this week we decided to go on a nature walk. We noticed leaves changing and rotting on the ground.

We walked along some zig zag trenches that have been created and found moss-covered logs. On our walk, we identified woodland ferns, acorns and beech nut cases. We saw lots of spider webs and Elliott liked to call them spider trampolines. We saw blackberries and other types of berries too. We talked about the importance of not touching berries because they may be poisonous.

We also watched a grasshopper on a bush. The sky was very blue and we watched the clouds moving very quickly. Mrs Herbert
